On November 7, 2021, The 2021 Annual Meeting of the Health Communication Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for History of Journalism and Communication & The 4th “Medicine, Humanity and Media: Healthy China & Health Communication” International Conference （MHM2021）were held in Beijing. The paper "False Health Information: Conceptual Discrimination and Evolutionary Path" by Chen Xin, a 2018 major in broadcasting and television, and Dai Wenhui, a 2018 major in online new media, was selected into the poster group of the conference.
   

    This paper was revised and polished repeatedly under the guidance of Ma Xu, a teacher of the Department of Journalism and Communication. This paper sorts out and clarifies false health information and related concepts, and summarizes the evolution path of false information in combination with real and specific cases of "information epidemic". It is reported that this international conference received more than 260 submissions. After expert reviews, about 60 papers were selected. After the conference, they will be included in the "Proceedings of Important International Conferences" and published on CNKI.

    This conference was organized by the School of Journalism and Communication of Peking University, and being held online, which scholars from more than 47 universities and research institutes participated in, including Johns Hopkins University in United States, London School of Politics and Economics, Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Communication University of China. Ma Xu, a teacher from our college, gave a keynote speech on the topic of "Research of the construction of heterogeneous actor network for Tobacco Control Campaign in China".
